Not a training certificate, and the same standard for everyone. A course proves someone attended; our report measures what a caregiver actually knows and how they are likely to respond under pressure. Every caregiver answers the same instrument against the same thresholds; no buyer can move a threshold or soften a report, including you. If a caregiver does not pass, the report names the specific gaps and a recommended next step. You can show a client all of this, and mean it.

Every assessment ends in a clear, independent report and a verifiable certificate of assessment carrying a unique assessment number. We show you a real, redacted one before you commit, so you know exactly what your clients will be handed.

Co-branded certificates for partners are in preparation; ask us during your quote. When live, your name identifies who commissioned the assessment; the verdict and the assessing body stay independent, and your name never sits above or beside the verdict or the mark.

Sensitive data
Psychometric results are handled as sensitive personal data, in line with UAE data-protection law. See our privacy notice.
Consent
Consent is given by each caregiver personally at the start of the assessment. An agency cannot consent on a caregiver's behalf.
Rights & access
Any caregiver can request access to or deletion of their data through our privacy contact, named in the notice.
Data processing agreement
A DPA is available for agency and institutional buyers; ask during your quote.
Cross-border
v1 delivery stores response data outside the UAE; this is declared in our privacy notice. A UAE data-residency path is on our roadmap for enterprise and government.
Acceptable use
Results inform a decision; they must not be the sole basis for adverse action against a caregiver, and must not be re-shared beyond the purpose you stated.
Result isolation
Individual caregivers never see one another's results; nothing is emailed around to leak.

We would rather earn your trust than borrow someone else's.

We are opening founding-partner places now and inviting our first agencies to help shape the standard. We will not show you logos we have not earned or quotes we cannot stand behind. When partners are live and have agreed to be named, they will appear here.

Agencies that assess in volume help reach validation faster, and founding partners are credited in the methodology where they wish to be. You can add your roster to the validation cohort when you request a quote.

Which assessment do I need?

The Knowledge assessment measures childcare knowledge; the Psychometric assessment measures how a caregiver is likely to respond under pressure. Many agencies run both. Not sure? Tell us your roster and we will recommend a fit.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum to start. A single caregiver or a full roster both work. Volume tiers apply automatically from 10 seats.

What if a caregiver does not pass?

The report names the specific gaps and a recommended next step, including the optional course as a remedy. A result is a recommendation, not a lock, and thresholds are never adjusted for a buyer.

What does the caregiver experience?

A single-use code, an online assessment on any device, granular consent at the start, and their own private result. In English, with Arabic in preparation. Results live in the portal, never sent over WhatsApp.

How fast do results land?

A report is available in your portal as soon as it is scored. Each caregiver only sees their own result; you see the full picture.

What happens after you send the quote: We reply with a quote, usually within one business day, agree terms and a DPA if you need one, provision your account and credit your seats, and you start inviting caregivers. Nothing is shared around; everything lives in your portal.

The same thresholds apply to every caregiver and are never adjusted for a buyer.
