Independent on purpose. We are an independent assessment provider for child caregivers, and results are never influenced by what anyone buys from us: see our impartiality statement. That independence is what gives a certificate its value.
Not a training certificate, and the same standard for everyone. A course proves someone attended; our report measures what a caregiver actually knows and how they are likely to respond under pressure. Every caregiver answers the same instrument against the same thresholds; no buyer can move a threshold or soften a report, including you. Results come as bands, not a bare pass or fail. A lower band names the specific gaps and a recommended next step, so the report is something a caregiver can grow from, not a mark against her. You can show a client all of this, and mean it.

- Cross-border
- v1 delivery stores response data outside the UAE; this is declared in our privacy notice. A UAE data-residency path is on our roadmap for enterprise and government.
- Acceptable use
- Results inform a decision; they must not be the sole basis for adverse action against a caregiver, and must not be re-shared beyond the purpose you stated.
- Result isolation
- Individual caregivers never see one another's results; nothing is emailed around to leak.
We would rather earn your trust than borrow someone else's.
We are opening two to three founding pilot places for agencies that want the first verifiable caregiver certificates in this market. A pilot is a small batch of seats at the volume tier, a direct line to the team, and a real say in how the report, the portal, and partner co-branding evolve. We will not show you logos we have not earned or quotes we cannot stand behind; when founding partners are live and have agreed to be named, they will appear here.
Agencies that assess in volume help reach validation faster, and founding partners are credited in the methodology where they wish to be. You can add your roster to the validation cohort when you request a quote.

Which assessment do I need?
The Knowledge assessment measures childcare knowledge; the Psychometric assessment measures how a caregiver is likely to respond under pressure. Many agencies run both. Not sure? Tell us your roster and we will recommend a fit.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum to start. A single caregiver or a full roster both work. Volume tiers apply automatically from 10 seats.
What happens when a caregiver lands in a lower band?
The report names the specific gaps and a recommended next step, including the optional course as one remedy. Results stay private to you and the caregiver, no one is publicly marked as failed, and an agency can re-assess a caregiver later on a new seat, for example after training. Buying the course never changes a result; see our impartiality statement. Thresholds are never adjusted for a buyer.
What does the caregiver experience?
A single-use code, an online assessment on any device, granular consent at the start, and their own private result. In English, with Arabic in preparation. Results live in the portal, never sent over WhatsApp.
How fast do results land?
A report is available in your portal as soon as it is scored. Each caregiver only sees their own result; you see the full picture.
Training providers show KHDA approval. Do you have it?
No, and it would not apply. KHDA approves training institutes, and this is not training: it is an independent assessment of what a caregiver knows and how she is likely to respond, which no attendance certificate measures. Our independent accreditation is in progress, and we will name the body the day it is confirmed. What is checkable today: every certificate carries a unique assessment number your clients can verify online.
What happens after you send the quote: We reply with a quote, usually within one business day, agree terms and a DPA if you need one, provision your account and credit your seats, and you start inviting caregivers. Nothing is shared around; everything lives in your portal.
The same thresholds apply to every caregiver and are never adjusted for a buyer.
