Refund Policy
Our position on refunds for assessments and courses. We have set a conservative, honest position for v1.
This is a working v1 draft, written to be honest and useful while it is reviewed by UAE legal counsel. We would rather publish a plain, accurate version now than leave you with nothing. The wording may change.
The principle
The simple rule is this: an assessment or a seat can be refunded before it has been used, and not once it has been started, because the value, the scored result, is produced at the point you take it. We have set a conservative v1 position so we never have to claw value back, and we would rather widen it than narrow it as the product matures. The exact terms that apply to your purchase are confirmed at checkout, and they sit alongside this policy.
Before an assessment is started
If you have bought an assessment but the access code has not yet been used to begin it, contact us through the contact page and we will help, including arranging a refund where appropriate. An unused seat is the simplest case to put right.
Once an assessment has started
Once an assessment has been started, it has been delivered, so it cannot be refunded. This is because the value, the scored result, is produced at the point you take it.
Courses
Course access and any refund window are being finalised and will be stated here before the course is sold. Until then, if you have a question about a course purchase, please contact us and we will deal with it fairly.
If something goes wrong
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from completing an assessment you paid for, tell us and we will reissue access or refund. We would rather fix the problem than keep money for something that did not work.
How to request a refund
Email us through the contact page with your order details. We aim to reply within one to two business days. This conservative position is the v1 policy; we will widen it, not narrow it, as the product matures, and any change is published here.
