What an assessment gives you
Our assessments provide structured insight into a caregiver's knowledge and likely responses, gathered through a documented, consistent process. That insight is meant to inform your decision, alongside references, a trial period, and your own judgement, not to replace them.
It is not a guarantee
A result, a report, or a certificate does not guarantee a caregiver's suitability, safety, or future performance. An assessment informs a decision; it does not guarantee a caregiver's suitability or safety, and it is not a clinical diagnosis. A caregiver who scores well can still act unpredictably, and one area of concern does not mean a person is unsafe. The decision to hire, retain, or trust a caregiver, and the duty of care that goes with it, stays with you.
Not a clinical, psychological, or medical diagnosis
Nothing in an assessment, a report, or a certificate is a clinical, psychological, or medical diagnosis, and none of our team offers one. Where a report describes a trait or a pattern, it is describing how someone responded to structured questions, not making a finding about their mental health or wellbeing. If you have a clinical concern about a caregiver or a child in your care, please seek a qualified professional.
A result reflects one moment
An assessment reflects how a person responded on the day they took it. People change, circumstances change, and a result taken months or years ago may no longer describe someone accurately. We recommend re-assessing where the stakes are high or meaningful time has passed, rather than treating an older certificate as a permanent verdict.

Accreditation status
Independent accreditation is in progress and is not yet held. We will name the accrediting body and the exact scope of any mark here once it is confirmed and licensed to display. Until then, nothing on this site should be read to imply an accreditation we do not hold.
