Independent on purpose.

We assess and certify the people who care for children. We are not the agency that places a caregiver, and we are not the school that trained them. We sit between the two, as a neutral assessor, so a family, an agency, and a caregiver can all rely on the same honest result.

Who we are

A UAE-born, specialized platform dedicated to elevating the quality of child caregiving.

Global Babysitters Hub – F.Z.C works through structured insight, professional standards, and informed decision-making. Founded by a multidisciplinary team of experts in early childhood development, education, consultancy, and data systems, we bring together regional expertise from the United Arab Emirates with internationally aligned practices in caregiving and assessment.

What we are, and what we are not.

We are not a placement agency. Our role is to support families, employers, and agencies in navigating caregiver selection with greater clarity, structure, and confidence.

Agencies profit when the hire happens.

Schools certify that you attended.

Both are good at what they do. Neither was built to be the neutral party. A placement fee and an honest verdict cannot come from the same source. A training certificate and a capability check are not the same thing.

We

only measure, and say what we found.

What makes us different.

We believe that caregiving quality should be understood, not assumed.

Our work focuses on how caregivers are likely to think, respond, and act in real-life situations, not only on experience or qualifications.

At the core of our approach is the Child Caregiver Psychometric Assessment: a structured behavioural assessment designed to provide insight into caregiving-related response patterns, personality-linked tendencies, thinking approaches, and professional attitudes within caregiving contexts.

This is complemented by knowledge-based assessments that support understanding of essential childcare practices. Together, these tools enable a more structured, transparent, and responsible approach to caregiver selection and development.

We combine early childhood expertise, research, behavioural insight, and data-informed methodologies to support decisions aligned with:

  • Safe and responsible caregiving
  • Ethical and professional conduct
  • Developmentally appropriate practices
  • Real-life caregiving environments

Our approach respects both professional standards and the cultural context of families and communities.

Structured Insight for Safer, Smarter Childcare Decisions.

The people behind the instrument.

Built and overseen by qualified psychometric expertise. Full profiles publish here as they are confirmed.

How we hold ourselves.

Accreditation

Independent accreditation in progress. We name the body and display its mark once it is confirmed and licensed. We do not imply a status we do not hold.

Methodology & validity

The instrument, the constructs it measures, and the ongoing validation study. Published openly so the standard can be checked rather than taken on faith.

Impartiality statement

How we stay structurally separate from the agencies and schools we sit beside. No buyer can ask us to soften a report or move a threshold.

Same instrument, same thresholds

Every caregiver answers the same standardised assessment, whoever paid for it: a family, an agency, or the caregiver themselves. No buyer changes a result.

Caregivers are not the product here. They are the profession we take seriously.
