What we store on your device, and why. We keep this minimal.
This is a working v1 draft, written to be honest and useful while it is reviewed by UAE legal counsel. We would rather publish a plain, accurate version now than leave you with nothing. The wording may change.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. Some are needed to make a site work; others are optional and used to understand how a site is used. We use as few as we can.
Cookies we need
We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage to make the site work:
- Session and sign-in: to keep you logged in to your account or the agency portal as you move between pages.
- Checkout and purchase: WooCommerce uses cookies to remember your selection and carry it safely through checkout.
- Security: to protect forms and your session against misuse.
- Preferences: to remember choices such as language.
These cannot be switched off without breaking core functions, so we do not ask consent for them, in line with common practice.
Optional cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. If we add analytics or other optional cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and let you change your choice at any time. Our v1 keeps optional storage to a minimum, and this section is updated whenever that changes.
Third-party tools
Some pages embed third-party tools, including the form used to deliver an assessment, which may set their own cookies under their own policies. How those providers handle data, including processing outside the UAE, is described in our privacy notice.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you do this per site. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working, including signing in and checking out. If you want help, contact us.
Our posture
We treat data set or read through cookies in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and good privacy practice: essential storage runs without consent, anything optional asks first, and we keep the footprint small.
